ALISHA RICH
CREATIVE DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Alisha Rich is a Sydney-based designer, stylist and creative director known for blending strong aesthetics with practical execution. With a background across fine art, visual merchandising, event design and prop styling, she brings both creative intuition and structure to her work.
Alisha has led teams and projects at David Jones and as previous Head of Event Styling at Merivale, delivering everything from large-scale installations to refined, detail-driven spaces.
Her approach is grounded in storytelling and creating environments that feel warm, considered and easy to be in. Alongside her creative work, she has developed a strong focus on leadership, team capability and culture — designing workshops, training frameworks and creative systems that help teams grow with confidence, clarity and consistency.
Known for a leadership style that balances high standards with high warmth, Alisha is particularly interested in how creativity, communication and culture shape the way people work together and perform at their best.
Today, she focuses on prop styling, set design, VM, training and brand-led experiences — bringing clarity, calm and a strong creative point of view to every project.

Mike Fill is a strategic thinker, creative operator and systems-focused leader who thrives on turning ideas into reality. With a rare ability to see both the big picture and the smallest detail, he brings structure, clarity and momentum to complex creative projects
Known for his calm, considered approach, .Mike has built a career leading teams, developing processes and delivering high-quality creative outcomes across retail, events and brand environments. He is particularly interested in how strong systems, communication and planning can empower teams to do their best work while maintaining exceptional standards..
As Head of Event Styling at Merivale, Mike leads the delivery of styling experiences across a diverse portfolio of venues and events, balancing creativity with operational excellence. His strength lies in connecting vision with execution — ensuring ideas are not only inspiring, but achievable.
As co-founder of MAX Studios, Mike combines strategic thinking, practical problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail to help bring creative concepts to life. His ability to create order from complexity makes him an invaluable partner in delivering thoughtful, memorable and beautifully executed experiences.
